Grand River Community Development, LLC is a Native American organism that supports current and future generations of Native Americans and their future generations as far as 7 generations into the future. This logo was developed on a flowing graphic style that mimics water and symbolically represents the integral relationship between the city of Detroit, it’s native population and the river that runs through it.
This prefinished wood flooring manufacturer was looking to stand out in a market that is well beyond over crowded. We looked to develop a logo that would translate well from package to pamphlet, all digital and print steps in between. The "S" becomes a symbol of winding shoreline and an elegant organic grain line within a plank of wood. The logo suggests a superior premium product for the most discriminating taste in building.
Logos also give us a short cut right to the emotional benefit of the brand. Logos spark an emotion in our minds of what that brand is all about. It’s hard not to get inspired when you see a Nike logo, for example, especially if you are remotely athletic and a brand fan.

A local small fishing charter business looking to refresh her brand logo to better reflect the premium fishing experience category. The logo needed to have a more novel story telling aspect that overstated the end goal (getting fish on). The logo also sought to be more appealing within the context of t-shirts and other keepsakes available for purchase by customers.
